Right to cancel your order

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
• The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.

We will refund your money no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for your order and you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

• Goods are unused and undamaged

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return of goods that do not meet the above return conditions.

Return of goods

You shall bear the costs of returning the Goods to us. You must send or deliver the Goods to 11 Kuģu Street, Riga, LV-1048.

• We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during shipment.
• We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of delivery of the return.
